Contamination considerations
Contaminants fragment, aerosolize, and redistribute once blasting begins. Paint residue requires MSDS documentation. Grease and oil carry specific airflow and capture requirements. Conductive contamination near electrical systems demands grounding.
Why dry ice, and why not
No water eliminates rust risk and drying downtime. However: improper pressure, dwell time, or nozzle selection can damage coatings and sensitive substrates. We run parameters we have already proven on this equipment — not a generic approach.
