MISSOURI

KANSAS CITY & ST. LOUIS

Kansas City and St. Louis carry a mix of automotive assembly, food and beverage processing, and general manufacturing that runs multiple shifts. Buildup on conveyors, mixers, and drive assemblies doesn't just look bad — it hides the failing bearing or the cracked weld underneath it. Most of this work fits inside a planned shutdown window rather than a full production stop.

What we service

Conveyors, drive assemblies, and packaging line equipment for food and beverage plants. Paint booths and body shop equipment for automotive assembly and supplier plants. Batch mixers, extruders, and general production machinery.

Mobilizing to Missouri

We bring a crew, equipment, and a dry ice supply to Kansas City and St. Louis on a scheduled basis rather than keeping a standing local crew. We plan around your shutdown date, not the other way around — send photos and your target window and we'll tell you honestly whether the timeline is realistic before committing a truck.

Why dry ice, and why not

No water on a food-processing line means no drying window and no standing water near drains or electrical panels before restart. It's not the right call for heavy caked grease on its own — that gets a mechanical pass first — and sanitary surfaces still get verified against your own QA standard afterward, not just a visual check.

Clean equipment isn't the goal. Equipment that passes your next audit is.
